New Marquee code for IE, Google Chrome, and Firefox

The standard marquee codes available on the internet has one main flaw with it. If you write lots of text within the marquee, your text will be cut off after the width of the marquee expires. This new code below does not cut off the text, or any content within the marquee after the width has been exceeded.

This post is a test to see if this marquee code works within a post.




Obviously it doesn't work and will not display within a post as it is not showing up above.
